I started at Booker Food Services in 1989. My first role was picking orders in the warehouse. I obtained my Reach Fork Lift Truck license in my first year. With this license i was given the role of Fork Lift Driver and looked after stock arriving on site including stock control / Date rotation. In 1993 i successfully applied and gained the role of Warehouse Supervisor. My responsibilities were looking after day to day warehouse operations, motivating staff and making sure the picking operation run smoothly.
