My name is John LaCerva I am now disabled due to being a victim of a car accident now sixteen years ago. I previously opened Chili's Grill+Bar in East Haven, CT. in the year 2000. I transferred to Chili's Grill+Bar in Milford, CT. After having worked for the company for seven years and learning all positions of the business I was offered a position in management in the year 2007. I eagerly took the job and after just two and a half weeks after having closed the restaurant was the victim of a car accident. I am currently collecting social security but am eager in returning to work!
