I am an experienced Business Applications Analyst with over twenty years involvement in all aspects of business system management, implementation, enhancement, testing and end user support. My roles have been both managerial and operational, covering project and live environments. Holding full CPA status with CPA Australia, I possess a comprehensive knowledge of contemporary accounting concepts, principles and standards, and have extensive experience in their application, particularly in relation to financial systems implementation and support. I enjoy applying this knowledge to trouble shooting tasks that involve the interrogation of business systems to trace, analyse and explain data and resolve system and business issues.My roles have developed my abilities to initiate and deliver projects, understand customers’ business needs, develop solutions that balance stakeholders’ requirements and effectively present them to customers. I always focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, stakeholders and suppliers to ensure delivery of key organisational objectives. I have been involved in IT Contract Management including developing RFP requirements, vendor assessment, contract negotiation and ongoing vendor and contract management.Having led and managed teams of up to thirty staff, I have a proven track record in the effective leadership and management of project and operational teams.
