I'm currently in a very fluid role with a primary focus on developing, updating, reporting, and presenting metrics and analytics for the Supply Chain. My time also includes developing tools in which to make other daily functions of Ops easier. With my Excel expertise and training experience, I have been able to utilize those abilities in conducting on site training for Beginner and Intermediate level of Excel on-site.

During this time, I was engaged with providing services that required myself coming into churches located throughout North America, primarily conducting a series of services that geared toward ministering to children. The time also involved teacher training seminars for the congregation’s children and youth teachers, instructing them in creative ways to impact and engage their students. This ministry involved an enormous about of self-promotion and marketing in which I completely managed.

I joined NuSil Technology as a Manufacturing Administrative Aide. In this role, I was responsible for various clerical needs such as, closing manufacturing run-sheets, filing, data entry, and various record keeping.Offering to assist our plant manager at our headquarters I soon became responsible for running and maintaining various reports such as our Month End reports. These were simply generated by downloads into Excel. I soon learned to create macros to convert the three-hour project into a 30-minute effort. I was also then given the responsibility to oversee all of our reproducibility tracking charts for over 100 intermediate products.After successfully maintaining these extra projects I was requested for transfer to the headquarters in Carpinteria, CA where I worked for 3 years. In this role, I oversaw various aspects that included, but not limited to, the following: purchasing order level reviews, cycle count program, production schedule creation and maintenance, assisting in the external audit process, as well as maintaining the production cost reports. The cycle count and production schedule were programs created within Microsoft Excel through various download, extensive macros, multiple files and templates that were utilized in 3 different site locations for integrated live usage. This was done as the ERP and inventory programs were outdated and under review for an upgrade. My files were used for 5 years successfully for these purposes.After 3 years I returned to Bakersfield where I was involved in the following new roles: product cost review and updates for our sales departments, bi-annual cost review with the external auditors, generating various reports for the accounting department, as well as generating monthly and weekly company metric dashboards, oversight of process improvement projects and teams. The costing and the dashboards were created routinely with Excel that used multiple data imports, macros, and pivot tables.
