- Successfully programme managed this global upgrade of Shell’s email infrastructure, for its Energy Trading business, with over 20000 accounts, across 10 global locations- Migration of applications dependent on the Exchange infrastructure- Supported by HP Autonomy, a strategic email journaling system to meet new regulatory requirements was also deployed and 20TB dof data migration undertaken with no impact to data integrity and minimal operational impact.- Built a cross-functional team with representation from internal Shell IT, external IT vendors, Shell Legal, and HR.
