Growing up, history was one of John Lamb's great loves, but after pursuing a history degree, reality set in, and it was time to find work - in community journalism! Adventures in education, music retailing, and serving as a courier followed, before he ended up in non-profit administration, for faith-based human service agencies from 1998 to 2017.Love for history dies hard. Lamb's extensive research into the 2nd Maryland Infantry, US, of the American Civil War led to two articles in America's Civil War magazine.
