I had to integrate into the role in two weeks, originally a three months contract, extended to 26 May 2017 due to consistently exceeding the business' targets for both quantity and quality. I have worked as a contractor on Tesco Bank’s proactive PPI project where I dealt with complaints relating to the miss-selling of Payment Protection Insurance. I have throughout this contract worked to a high standard not only to produce work which is at the quality Tesco Bank expects of me but also to always achieve my targets set for the week. My main duties as a case handler included: Investigating PPI cases and making decisions to uphold or reject them in accordance with FCA guidelines, writing final response letters to the customers, managing my own time with my work and planning the best ways to achieve my target both for quality and quantity, deliver excellent customer service and to work as part of a team supporting other team members. Recommended by management to become the stock team leader for the summer which was the busy time of year and was tough i was approached after the summer to continue my position however i had to refuse due to commitments at university not making it possible for me to do the hours required.
