CurrentPerformance Management Consultant, (formerly staff training manager 2004 - 2011) NSPCC, Weston House, 42 Curtain Road, London. EC2A 3NH January 2004 to Present Key duties: Development, administration and evaluation of performance processes including, Appraisals; mid-year reviews; behavioural indicators; objective setting and training compliance. I am responsible for the Management and administration of the apprenticeship levy and supporting the design, development and evaluation of training activities such as onboarding, induction, management and skills development.Key Achievements• Co-chaired the fundraiser apprenticeship trailblazer group which delivered a level 3 Fundraiser apprenticeship standard (2020)• Integration of NSPCC behavioural indicators into personal objectives and an annual performance rating (2019)• Developed an apprenticeship strategy and policy, signing up 191 apprentices to date (2018)• Managed and administered the roll-out of second line manager ‘maximising performance’ programme (2017) • Transferred training and support materials from classroom based to using remote delivery methods, including webinars, e-learning and podcasts (2015)• Developed and implemented an on-line appraisal system to enable objectives, reviews and appraisals to be carried out online (2013) • Designed, delivered and evaluated training session to over 400 managers at all levels on a new Performance Management process and support mechanisms (2012)• Scoped, designed, delivered and evaluated training programmes to support the development of telephone and online helplines, including the merger with Childline (2009) • Designed, delivered. administered and evaluated a Leadership and management development framework and training programme, resulting in ILM endorsement for the programme (2008) • Supported the design, delivery and assessment of a behavioural interviewing programme across the organisation, in line with the recommendations of the Bichard enquiry (2005)
