Also included giving training and administrator orientation to customers.Support for multiple security related products including : Websense, Marshal Software Webmarshal & MailMarshal, and Microsoft ISA Server 2006.Support for a large customer base using the Check Point suite of products, specifically focusing on the Firewall related suites available. The support included a large number of high profile customers which can rarely afford any form of downtime.Internal support relating to the maintenance of the Windows based infrastructure (including virtualised servers), networking, and setting up training labs for training provided by the company. The internal support also included supporting the Softline Pastel suite of products.

Call center based telephonic support for Anti-Virus customers, including installation, and removal of products, and step by step user interaction on how to remove infections from machines.Support for internal servers and workstations used by Holton & Associates.On site support for specific customers to assist in Product installation and set up, as well as removal of infections.

On site software support for customers with various Workstation and Server related issues.On site installation of hardware and physical infrastructure for clients.Generation of quotes and processing of orders for equipment and software ordered by customers.

Maintenance relating to the upkeep and installation of Windows based Servers and Workstations.Research on technologies and products relating future projects that the company might deploy.Ordering and collection of equipment and supplies.Software and hardware support to customers.
