Experienced in B2B account management and account management at scale.My professional journey started when I left college to create an events promotion and production company in 2017. I spent three years fostering inclusive spaces where underrepresented artists could perform for audiences of hundreds! From there, I joined a wholesale signage and graphics company as a sales team of one. From there, I helped Aptivio build a sustainable onboarding protocol and a scalable CS department. Acting as Director of Customer Success, I built a successful team that tripled the company's portfolio, significantly cut churn, and onboarded enterprise clients such as Fidelity, BNP, LexisNexis, and more!It is my core belief that we are stronger together.
