Retina ophthalmology practice headquartered in Corpus Christi, Texas with locations in McAllen, Harlingen, Kingsville, Eagle Pass, and Beeville. Charles H. Campbell, M.D. is the Medical Director.• Performed all clinical operations, HR, revenue cycle and financial management duties of a multi-location private group practice• Lead 40-year-old practice to record gross collections and physician income in 2011 until aging owner physician reduced practice schedule.• Designed and implemented IT network including: cloud server, certified electronic health records through “meaningful use” and attestation, interfacing of all image equipment with cloud server and iPads, cloud time clock management, and electronic practice management for seven locations.• Implemented all practice marketing activities including: website design, practice and fellowship brochures, logo standardization, as well as unique referring physician marketing activities• Assured compliance and safety with all governmental and regulatory requirements including but not limited to CMS, OSHA, HIPAA, as well as all employment law.• Recruited, negotiated employment contracts and managed associate and fellow physicians for the Medical Director/owner physician. Physician, practice, and the hospital were found completely absent of negligence and to have provided the “standard of care” by the jury.

I was the third generation to lead this family owned auto parts and paint business founded in 1936. Headquartered in San Angelo, we had locations in Abilene, Midland, and Odessa, Texas. We were Retail and Wholesale. Our warehouse division, known as Jobbers Service of San Angelo, Inc. had a trade area of 150 miles west, south, and east of San Angelo. I purchased the business from family members in 1986 and lead the business until it sold in 1998 to W.M. Automotive, Installer Sales and Service Division in Ft. Worth. I worked for them until May, 2004, as a General Manager and later as a District Manager-West Texas.
