Lead architect for a web application that enabled recruiters to share the revenue associated with candidate placement. The application allowed authenticated members to view/match each others job requirements and job applicants. The owner of the Candidate and the owner of the Job Requirement would then split the associated placement fees. The original development was done using ASP and the solution was then converted to VB.NET 2.0.Developed a repeatable process to provide customer configurable web sites to member recruiting agencies. The web sites allowed the controlled display of job requirements from the membership repository.
