I am a Line Leader at General Mills, where I apply my 22 years of military leadership experience to oversee the production and quality of the company's food products. I hold a Master of Military Operational Art and Science (M.M.O.A.S) and a Master of Education (MEd) degrees, which equip me with the knowledge and skills to advance an organization's mission, vision, and values.My core competencies include leadership, political-military affairs, air mobility operations, instruction, curriculum development, aircraft maintenance, mentorship, project management, and strategic goal-planning. In my previous roles in the US Air Force, I led and managed complex/diverse projects, teams, and operations across multiple domains and regions, delivering high-quality results and outcomes. I have extensive knowledge and experience planning and executing ATOs in Air Operation Centers working in the AMD, CPD, and COD. I am passionate about training, developing, and mentoring subordinates as well as fostering strong relationships with allies and partners. Before my military career, I worked as a secondary school teacher where I developed curriculum, lesson planned, instructed, and assessed student learning.
