Having been made redundant late in 2008 I have decided to embark on a completely new career direction! My technology skills are based on my dual qualifications in engineering and information systems. This role also included budget management and personnel management responsibilities. My broader, more general skills include:• strong communications skills, particularly in terms of written communication and reporting as well as presentations of reports and advice to client managers;• a high degree of competence in quantitative and qualitative analysis and problem solving;• facilitation of workshops and delivery of training;• high competence in the use of office automation tools .Specialties: IT sourcing - contract development and management.Service Levels for service delivery contracts
