Operations Officer
Current- Run day-to-day operations in equipping all employees with their daily tasks and goals- Design, plan, estimate, budget, and execute project installations for clients- Run all book-keeping and financial summary reports- Execute human resource tasks such as payroll, federal & state taxes, employee evaluations, and interview processes- Develop the business in a focus of increasing customer base and raising bottom line in PNL- Start and sustain a retail store directly tied to normal business operations
