As lead clinical social worker and a member of the multidisciplinary team for multiple initiatives/programs at UMMC, my efforts included program development, implementation, maintenance, clinical supervision, and performance analysis and reporting. The programs I’ve been associated with are as follows: the Transitional Care Coordination Program at UMMC Downtown Campus (DTC), the SBIRT in the ED at UMMC DTC and MTC, and The Opioid Overdose Survivors Outreach Program (OOSOP) at the UMMC DTC ED. Also, the lead clinical social worker in the UMMC MTC in the UMMC MTC ED and EDBU including crisis evaluation training, ED social worker training and resource listings, and SAFE-T trainer.
