As Director of Operations, I oversee the development of our logistics outreach strategy. My role involves collaborating with our freight brokerage, trucking company, and warehouse teams to expand into new markets through efficient goods transportation. I manage key functions across sales, operations, and accounting to strengthen the foundation of our business. Additionally, I structure and lead initiatives that drive our growth into these new markets.

I am a part-time professor for the Business Program at BYU-Idaho, teaching the BUSPC 115 Business Applications course remotely this winter. I am committed to providing exceptional teaching, mentorship, and guidance to college students from diverse backgrounds across the globe.

I have been accepted as an Adjunct Professor for BYU-Idaho. Teaching college level business and helping students is one of my passions. I made it through their week training, interview process, and am waiting for a class to open up online to teach on my off hours of full time work.

Due to accounting failures in our corporate setting I was trusted and taught how to collect from US banks system Syncada. Over the course of 8 weeks I have collected over $1 million of outstanding payments and have another $432,000 that have been invoiced and waiting to be paid. This collections spans the time frame of over 2 years that was neglected. Using my analytical and organization I tediously went through each and every invoice and order checking and rechecking it in QuickBooks and Syncada to accomplish this.

During my tenure at Legacy Logistics, I had the privilege of serving as the Security Coordinator for our Indirect Air Carrier (IAC) division. In this role, I spearheaded the implementation of comprehensive security protocols, ensuring the safety and compliance of our air cargo operations. My responsibilities included overseeing and coordinating security training programs for employees, conducting thorough risk assessments, and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations, including those set forth by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA). I also successfully managed security audits and assessments, consistently achieving high levels of compliance and safety standards. My dedication to enhancing security measures and my ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams were instrumental in maintaining the highest standards of security within Legacy Logistics' IAC division.I also have negotiated, won, and successfully implemented by project management a 5 year contract for the DWR taking emergency calls and working with all UT officers to help fight poaching and protect people and property.

I am a salesman over fortune 500 account Campbells Soup/Pepperidge farms/Snyder’s Lance 10 years of relationship and set up with WI, OH, OH, NJ, CT, PA, FL, NC, TX locations. Friends and partners with everyone from the dock workers in many of these locations to the top supply chain executives and logistics planners. Gone through 8 years of RFPs and in 2023 had corp meetings in NJ where because of my planning we won $2 mil rev book of business.I organize Christmas gifts, thank you gifts, visits and lunches at many locations across the country. I treat sales with personal touch -I take personal care of customers and cater specifically to them. Example giving one of our customers who’s husband just got diagnosed with cancer and had to give up his Harley riding days made a personal bobble head with her and her husbands faces on it riding a motorcycle. In outside sales I have trained 6 employees and done 10 hours a week on cold calling, texting, and emailing to secure new clients and drivers. Between 2022 and half of 2023 - 8 months time I have brought on 27 new clients by cold calls, networking, and marketing I have done.I built and took on over 600 new clients starting the relationship from salesman to operations and learning the in’s and outs of their needs and prepared them for other operations employees on my team. Successfully transferring all process, information, and individual needs for each of them. Increase our sales trips effectiveness by extra planning and ingenuity by 40% not wasting valuable time and resources. While also being the #1 lowest cost individual for sales calls due to my planning and honesty. Tenacious follow-up. 2 examples of this is following up for 9 months on a sales potential who after more then 30 follow up calls and emails we got a chance and increased our profit by $49,000 in the spring. Anther was a contact I helped 2 years ago and kept in contact every month or 2 and then landed an account with him that made us $48,000.
