OBJECTIVESeeking a position with an organization with opportunity for growth and advancementQUALIFICATIONSOver 20 years experience in polyethylene extrusion, conversion, printing and maintenance. I have set up and maintained Blown Film Extrusion lines, Hi density, mono/co-polymer extrusion lines, work with and maintained both In-line and out-line bag machines, in/out line printing, venting and sealing applications. In the maintenance of these machines, I have worked with hydraulic systems, also single and 3 phase electrical systems, and pneumatics that these machines used to operate. The extruder's used both water and air cooled systems, so I'm familiar with plumbing and solenoid actuator values. I have a broad knowledge base of all down stream and finishing machines (gusset/post gussets, edge guides, slit sealers, folders, separators, portable, stationary, surface/shafted/shaftless winders) I also have a broad base knowledge of all resins, additives and colors. I enjoyed working in production and maintenance. But I would like to apply for a Supervisors or a Maintenance position.
