Shadowing my commercial career, over 25 years research into the psychological and physiological variables of stress and the development of techniques to alleviate the causes using Cymatics (psychology of sound), Sytonics (psychology of light) and Autogenics. Optimization of the different techniques was made through the use of Thought Technology devices to measure EEG, ECG skin resistance and temperature changes. Connecting what is happening at an energy level (sub atomic) within the human body and consciousness was an important part of this research and development. As an ex physicist an understanding of Quantum Mechanics was essential here. During the above time period, observing peoples mental health state in the working environment created a research program where understanding what was happening at a sub-atomic level within human consciousness led to a profound change in the psychological approach to help those in distress. PowerShift coaching was developed and represents a first step in using this new approach (energy based at a quantum level) in the psychology of helping those in a distressed state.
