Report to: Purchasing managerResponsible for reviewing and introducing potential suppliers;According to the project development node, ensure that the new product is approved by manual sample, OTS, PPAP, etc. according to the internal APQP process before the project node, and ensure the quality of parts;Responsible for supplier annual audit, tracking and ensuring that audit nonconformities are closed within the specified time;Collect statistics on supplier performance every month, send them to suppliers on time, and ask suppliers with low scores to rectify within a time limit;Deal with the quality problems of supplier parts in the company and the client, and require the provision of 8D and other rectification reports, and track and confirm the progress of relevant measures. Claim against suppliers for losses caused by quality problems;Prepare inspection instructions for incoming parts from suppliers and train inspectors;Support the work of other departments.
