Oversight of all Office of the University Registrar operations while working with the Associate Vice Provost/University Registrar on strategic goals both internal to the office and those impacting broader campus.

With the Registrar’s Office: Maintained the functional end of Banner Student SIS, degree audit and other software; assisted in constructing the academic calendar; oversaw course registration for over 21k students; developed automation including the utilization of workflows; produced ad hoc and standing Oracle SQL scripts; oversaw NSC & NSLDS reporting; constructed Cognos and Tableau reports; maintained general student records; analyzed data for strategic planning impacting both students and policy; managed NCAA certification as it relates to Registrar operations; and more.

Concurrent with the Associate Director role, managed curriculum and records units on an interim basis while I oversaw the position’s search committee. Responsibilities included grading, curriculum updates, academic standing, and functional student record oversight.

Managed both the Transfer Credit & Degree Auditing teams, provided technical (SQL; DegreeWorks) & ERP (Ellucian's Banner) support, acted as policy & SIS subject matter expert, actively engaged in curriculum management, coordinated initiatives within the UC system, chief administrator of TES & other systems, and conducted other related processes within the Office of the University Registrar. Some notable successes include: the creation of a system-wide transfer credit group, provided multiple (Oracle SQL) reports to locate erroneous data preemptively, developed partnerships with UC-wide business units as well as state-wide entities, collaborated with consultants in identifying system impacts across campus, and directed the most efficient transfer credit processing timeline in UC Davis history

Developed and maintained DegreeWorks & transfer credit processes within the Registrar's Office. Additionally, supported other facets in the office and across campus including curriculum, policy development, advising practices, etc.

Supported the implementation of DegreeWorks and other projects leading to new functionality for campus.

Supported the College of Letters and Sciences Dean’s Office through research and other administrative tasks.

Managed the front-end department of the store.
