I became passionate about learning and development when I first witnessed the power of education - make education accessible and people grow, lives are changed. In the same vein, my proficiency in transformational development stems from the idea that real learning is personal, curated and committed, while my role is as the guide on the journey. It is a balance between providing direction and inspiring change. Which is why I strive to instill thriving learning cultures that are self-motivated and sustainable.Whether non-profit, retail, sports, fashion, big company or small startup, all employees want to succeed. Because most employees don’t wake up and say, “I want to fail today”, the key is to offer reliable and relevant L&D opportunities that impact the immediate and the long-term.And the worst thing that can be done in learning and development is to treat everyone the same – because we’re not.
