I am a hardworking Individual who has 4 and a half years of professional experience working in Student Affairs and Residence Life. During my time in the world of student affairs, I have worked to gain a new and ever-changing understanding of college students and what we can do to serve them the best during their time at our higher education institutes.I am passionate about working with students to help them achieve their career goals and grow and develop into productive members of our society whom we are proud to call graduates of our college. I also enjoy working with students and helping them bounce back and learn from the mistakes that might get made along the way. It is important to teach our students that mistakes happen, and it is better to make them now and learn from them when they have all the resources than to make them later in life when they might have a more detrimental impact.I am also a strong proponent of teaching students from all backgrounds that mental health is something that is vitally important to keep in mind and pay attention to, especially when they have the opportunity to take advantage of free services now.
