Overall in-charge in the Coconut Water (Aseptic) Production Management: Installation and commissioning of Coconut Water Processing Plant (Astepo – Alfa Laval Italy) Schedule operations from the nut drilling section and aseptic production Overall responsible in handling operation of automated equipment such as pasteurizer, clarifier, sterilizer, aseptic filler, CIP system, and utilities – air compressors, chiller, wastewater plant (see attached certificate) Ensures that product specifications are met from raw material to finished product

Auditee during Food Safety System inspections/audits and ensures compliance to legal and global food safety standards: Maintains certifications from BRC Global Standard for Food Safety Issue 8 (AIB International), GMP/HACCP (SGS Phil.), Organic Standard for USNOP, EU, JAS and KOFA (Ecocert), Social Accountability Standards like SMETA and Fair for Life (Fiar Trade), Halal (HDIP) and Kosher Design and implement food safety plans and manuals – GMP, SSOP, HACCP, Work Instructions, SOPs Conduct training and seminars in relation to the Food Safety System to improve compitencies of employees Conducts inspections or audits suppliers of raw and packaging materials in conformance to food safety and organic standards

Responsible in controling and managing the wastes (air, wastewater, solid) generated by the company: Accredited by the Environmental Management Bureau Region VIII as PCO (see attached certificate) In-charge in maintaining the legality and renewal of all government issued permits and licenses Facilitates compliance of all wastes set forth by the DENR

- Primary responsible for updating, revising and approving various MSDS and Certificate of Non-Dangerous Goods of the company- Ensures that all analytical methods used in the laboratory is up-to-date and conforms to AOAC methodology and standards- Primary constituents in revising and updating Quality Assurance Manual of the company- Assigned as the In-charged for Chemical Safety of the company
