Shortly before graduating from UW-Milwaukee with a B.A. in English Composition (Business & Technical Writing Concentration) in 1994, John began his career as a Technical Writer with an international manufacturing company, working on ISO 9001 quality system documentation. John then accepted a position as Technical Writer, creating service literature, sales and marketing literature, quality documentation, and fulfilling web-publishing functions for a major manufacturing company's service organization.After 10 years experience working to Senior Technical Writer, John founded Lennartz Technical Publications, LLC in 2004. The company provides a wide range of writing, editing and communication services for large and small companies, with ongoing as well as individual projects. The company Mission is to provide clients with high-quality writing and editing, print and electronic documentation, and business and technical communication services, to precise requirements, and to maintain clear, concise and understandable communication throughout.
