I love what I do, no matter the challenge, no matter the role. I get satisfaction from helping people whether that is providing customer service or sales advice to clients, offering my knowledge and skills to colleagues, or just helping someone cross the road. I’m would be a person who uses “common sense” and a strong believer in the saying “many hands make light work”. Teamwork has been a major part of many roles throughout working experience and education. However, a team/organisation is made up of individuals. As part of a team/organisation, my individual skills have developed for example, confidence, agility, efficiency and communication. One thing which I haven’t mentioned is motivation. There is no doubt I have motivation because since birth I’ve been visually impaired and have overcome any challenge/obstacle which has been put in front of me. I look forward to overcoming many more in the future. I consider myself a very patient, honest and hardworking person. These traits are extremely important to me, as a person.
