Once the ink is dry, analyzing information, interpreting problems and contexts, and providing solutions becomes mission-critical to the success or failure of a contract. The tendency is for the parties to oversimplify — fatally so — preferring to solve problems quickly, rather than completely.I specialize in the accurate evaluation of highly complex situations, even in the absence of reliable information. Built-in ambiguities in labor agreements often demand more than a straightforward interpretation; of which I endeavor to define.
