Leonard, working with the president and his staff, was responsible for generating ideas and initiatives that capitalize on existing and prospective sales opportunities that drive controlled revenue growth for IHI Southwest Technologies, Inc., (ISwT). He was actively involved with the operations group to maintain alignment of short and long-term goals and objectives.

Leonard received an MBA from the McColl School of Business at Queens University in Charlotte, North Carolina.
