Our product, HydroDiesel®, is a Fill n’ Go fuel that, delivers the largest spectrum of GHG emissions reductions, improved fuel economy & retail price advantage through our water emulsifying fuel technology. Leonard serves as the "tip of the arrow" for HydroDiesel® sales in the Gulf Coast region.

Leonard was responsible for administration, and coordination of all business development efforts related to the US commercial nuclear fleet.

Leonard was part of WorleyParsons business development team providing utilities expertise in engineering, and a wide range of consulting and advisory services.

Leonard was the VP of Regional Sales for B&W Nuclear Energy, responsible for the US. He joined B&W in 2010 as part of the Global Sales Team, responsible for creating awareness, customer interest, and being the “voice of the customer”.

Leonard, working with the president and his staff, was responsible for generating ideas and initiatives that capitalize on existing and prospective sales opportunities that drive controlled revenue growth for IHI Southwest Technologies, Inc., (ISwT). He was actively involved with the operations group to maintain alignment of short and long-term goals and objectives.

Leonard was responsible for the overall strategic leadership and execution of Non-Destructive Examinations (NDE) performed at Exelon Nuclear's Mid-Atlantic nuclear stations. NDE Services performs over $10 million in inspections annually. He joined the company in August 2004, and was instrumental in helping Exelon Nuclear reduce costs thru strategic initiatives. Leonard received an MBA from the McColl School of Business at Queens University in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Leonard spent 17 years with GE Nuclear Energy, last serving as the Business Leader of Inspection Services. Managed all functions for business unit with revenues of $30MM and 25 direct employees providing service to the power generation markets. Responsible for maintaining joint venture agreements with partners in Europe and Asia. Served as single point contact for customers worldwide, responsible for full cycle of service from request for quote to receivable.
