I look after all aspects of Singapore news content for CNA TV. A large part of my role involves working with a team of editors, reporters and producers to spearhead coverage for our flagship shows, News Tonight on Mediacorp’s Channel 5 and Singapore Tonight on CNA.I am concurrently overseeing a revamp of the Singapore Tonight show, which aims to provide more depth, context and analysis for the biggest local stories.

I work with a team of beat editors and more than a dozen reporters to conceptualise story ideas unique to CNA TV. I also help to ensure that the day’s local stories are fit for air across CNA’s TV news bulletins, as well as News Tonight on Channel 5. I concurrently co-anchor CNA’s flagship local bulletin, Singapore Tonight, on Fridays.

I help the Taskforce come up with measures to promote cleaner public toilets. The work covers domains such as design, education and maintenance, as well as public communication.

I am part of a council that guides the Secretariat in setting engagement and activation strategies. The council also develops guidelines to enhance public cleanliness.
