My experience in the electronics industry spans over 45 years. My passion for electronics and technology started when I was in my teens, tinkering with car audio, TV’s and stereo systems. My professional electronics career began in the 1970's after graduating from the Communications Technology Program at GTE Sylvania Technical School. I worked for a small radio communications shop installing and repairing two-way radios. A couple of years later I accepted a position with GTE Government Systems as an Engineering Technician working at an ICBM radar tracking station in the Marshall Islands. I entered field service in 1979 as a technical support specialist for American Optical Medical Division supporting their new patient monitoring system. Training Field Service Engineers and hospital Biomedical Engineers was a major part of my position. I remained in the medical field over the years, working with companies such as Picker International, Pioneer Medical Systems, Affiliated Clinic Engineering Services and the Connecticut Hospital Association. In 1999 I started Audio in Motion, an internet-based electronics retail company selling car audio and video products. Shortly thereafter I established a brick-and-mortar location for Audio in Motion to sell and install home theater and mobile electronics. In 2012 AIM Home Theater merged with Tailor Made Audio and Video. I moved to Arizona in 2018 and accepted a Sales Estimator position with Ford Audio and Video and then moved into Project Management.
