• Responsible for maintaining Accenture’s only Tier I data center. Monitored over 8 terabytes of backups on a daily basis. Communicated all severe issues to senior management and kept them apprised of updates through the.
• Created daily spreadsheets and reports for management highlighting daily activity in the data center.
• Recognized by Fidelity as an expert in Accenture procedures and was often consulted when documentation needed to be created for senior management.
• Responsible for troubleshooting issues with the backup/recovery team.

Northbrook, IL

• Serviced Accenture’s largest global email environment. Developed and maintained the backup scheme for Accenture’s only Tier I data center email system. Was directly responsible for performing all Security restore.
• Developed backup and restore procedures for 150 servers in the Domino environment using ArcServe.
• Participated in multiple pilot programs to test new software builds to be implemented by the Domino administration team. The results of these pilots were global roll outs of the software packages for Accenture.
• Migrated the the enterprise client, Andersen Consulting, through a name change to Accenture and upgraded server environment to Domino version 5.

Wheeling, IL

Worked with the advertising department and the department buyers to coordinate appropriate signs for all Sportmart stores in the United States and Canada. Created signs for stores in each region to match the advertisements in their local publications.
