Watchdog provides real estate project management and consulting services throughout the United States. The company has approximately 80 employees. In 2022 a strategy was employed to develop an integrated business model. I was hired to create and manage the real estate advisory practice, helping clients with site selection, strategic planning, financial analysis, and lease negotiation prior to Watchdog providing its core project management services for facility build out and construction. • Provided direction and oversight for start-up consulting practice including sales presentation materials, recruiting staff and collaboration within the company to determine additional client services offered.• Utilized as a Subject Matter Expert for real estate transaction and lease issues assisting project management team as required.• Participated on Company’s Executive Steering Committee which oversees profitability and growth objectives.• Business development efforts included expanding existing client scope and securing new clients.
