#Data Management#3D and drawing registration using Teamcenter Engineering#Communication with parts designers with regards to issues related to data processing

 Management regarding project schedule, parts delivery, budget concerns and design confirmations. Conduct meetings with suppliers and other related departments regarding drawing creation, design andtesting issues and validations. Checking and releasing of specification Tenders, Design Note and drawings with regards for each designchange and project milestone.

[1] Creation of planning drawing and various studies regarding shape study and feasibility of design.[2] Create 3D model using CAD (CATIA V5) of parts and assembly of plastic packaging to better view of design concept and be able to check tolerances of gaps and attachments of each mating part.[3] Issue individual parts drawing with tolerances and specification for production and assembly drawing.

[1] Performs quantity take-off for Mechanical, Plumbing and Fire-protection systems of various construction projects, using Planswift digital take-off software. [2] Interprets drawings and specifications given by design consultants for the project.[3] Preparation of documents and presentations such as bill of quantities, bid tender, bid evaluations, bid queries and request for information.[4] Communicate/Collaborate with other disciplines, suppliers, contractors and designers regarding project requirements, schedule and concerns.[5] Sourcing/Recommendation of possible contractors and suppliers based on project requirements.

[1] Creation and modification of 3D models and 2D drawings of aircraft cabin interiors. [2] Creation of engineering work instructions for production engineering.[3] Support production engineering inquiries and verifications.[4] Creation of Bill of Materials (BOM) for each lavatory configuration type.

[1] Planning and development of new meter assemblies with regards to customer requirements. [2] Perform complex 3D modeling of meter assembly parts such as glass front, plate window, case, prism, lower case, pointer assembly and dial design. [3] 2D and specifications drawing lay-out creation for meter parts and assembly.[4] Illumination simulation using specter analysis software.[5] Collaborate with other departments such as electronics and production engineering for creation and development of meter product.[6] Simulation, evaluation, verification and counter measure creation of actual molded parts. • Vibration testing • Temperature cycle/Heat testing • Colorimeter verification[7] Lead and manage younger staff for project or non-project assigned tasks until completion.
