I am a Senior Principal with Deloitte and serve some of the firm's largest clients. The teams I lead create value for those clients by providing business strategy and innovation advice typically in the telecommunication, technology and media industry sectors. I have been a frequent speaker on the changing nature of global innovation in business today in strategy and innovation conferences.I was formerly the global Chief Innovation Officer where I drove the firm’s strategy of next-level innovation. I counseled businesses on how to transform innovation from an intangible, aspirational concept into a meaningful business strategy that can drive greater productivity and lead to a competitive advantage in the marketplace. I have also worked to promote an innovative culture at Deloitte and facilitates the sharing of innovative best practices and new ideas across the member firm network. I was also the Regional Managing Director—Americas, where I provided leadership to Deloitte member firms in the Caribbean, Central America, and South America, executing global priorities throughout the region.Previously I served in progressive leadership positions throughout the Deloitte U.S. firm, including Managing Director of Americas Region from 2009 to 2011; National Managing Principal, Strategy, Research & Innovation from 2007 to 2009; and Chief Strategy Officer, Deloitte U.S. Firms from 2006 to 2009. Admitted into the Deloitte partnership in June 1997, I have served the firms’ largest technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT) clients.
