My role is to provide high quality company wide professional workshops on topics such as decision making, professional development plans, communication and workplace conflict resolution. These workshops are designed, organised and run by myself. I provide on boarding trainings for various different departments such as Product, Engineering and Customer Care. I also create online materials for self-learnings for an international team and monitoring areas where myself and my team need to provide further training. I am the senior on a training team and work with my colleagues to provide highly customised and responsive training sessions and workshops for the teams' needs.
