We bring this culture of high performance to our clients by collaborating with them on their P&P goals, then develop a quality content strategy, and distribute that content via Zavanta, our cloud-based software. We view our client’s content as business assets to be managed and easily accessible.We succeed by making our customers successful, and our customers succeed when their employees have a clear direction, understand what’s expected of them, and are always empowered to take the right action. I wrote and improved integration services for mainframe/e-commerce communication and collaborated with management to establish a new software development life cycle (SDLC). I served as SCRUM master for two significant projects and lead developer on a Visual SourceSafe (VSS) to Team Foundation Server (TFS) migration. I was the go-to troubleshooter for performance and code/database-related issues in development, staging, and production environments. Managing customer requirements, expectations, deliverables, and development resources was a key aspect of my role, and I worked closely with the build team to implement streamlined development integration and build processes.

I worked directly for multiple clients, including:Fontbonne University, where I served as the lead application developer on a C#/ASP.NET student registration system. I also enhanced and maintained a Microsoft.NET Windows service that interfaced with Active Directory for account creation and maintenance. In addition, I designed and implemented an ASP.NET web application that interfaced with Active Directory for user authentication and account maintenance. Sisters of Mercy Health System, where I served as the lead application developer on a Microsoft® Commerce Server 2002 e-commerce website that sells contact lenses. I also developed a common error logging system using Microsoft® Enterprise Library and Web Services in ASP.NET/C#, and I implemented and enhanced an e-commerce solution using Microsoft® Commerce Server™, SQL Server 2000, and ASP.NET(2.0)/C#. Additionally, I was part of a strict AGILE/SCRUM process, and I used the “Version One” project management/requirements tracking system.

I also implemented and administered Microsoft® Team Foundation Server® for project management, task/bug tracking, and source control. I designed, implemented, and managed a complex unit testing environment using NUNIT and a sophisticated business logic engine in C# used for dynamically calculating complicated business rules, which employed artificial intelligence concepts such as a forward and reverse chaining inference engine.I served as the system architect for a project that included designing a UML model-driven service-based architecture and as the technical lead for a project that included best practice implementation and mentoring. This project provided me with a broad understanding of the RTF, HTML, CSS, and XML standards.• ZAVANTA®, a Microsoft® VB6/VC++ database application that utilized both Microsoft® Access® and Microsoft SQL Server. This project included database reporting, word processing, dynamic GUI editing/generation, and XML exporting features.I also regularly engaged with customers to provide technical support, requirements gathering, and sales activities.
