Then considering both the functions of our product and the requirement of the client, I would evaluate our solution’s commercial and technical feasibility. During this process, I would prepare different directions of solutions and narrow them down according to the brief and information I collected. Trial environment and data, as well as product implementation plan if required, would always be perfectly prepared before I attended the bidding meeting, which were helpful during the presentation to win the deal.During the delivery period, according to the analyzed result of the network status of our customers,I would share the professional suggestions in system implementation, build up the server and complete the configuration of our product. Besides, I would give relative people and IT operators instructions and courses, which were specially customized according to the real scenarios in their future business. Another important part of my work is that, I would keep all the standard documents updated in time and under control, such as white paper, feature matrix ,first meeting introduction PPT.At last but not least, I would tightly follow the tendency of the relative sphere and cooperate with our partners in researching and analysing the strategy and product from our competitors.I also shared sales toolkit with partners’ sales and technical support engineer. In the pre-sale process, I would visit clients with our sales representative in order to fulfil the needs from their perspective and provide some feasible ideas. Then I would propose a solution and finish the proof of the concept, based on the combination with client’s benefit and our product features.Focusing on the current news of the industry and other venders was also part of my daily work. Commonly, I would edit these new as best practice and share to the audience as the main host during the seminar and webinar.In the delivery period, I was responsible for all project delivery in the past projects. I would overview the demands of all stakeholders, compose the statement of work, project plan and Gantt chart, finish the configuration in our system and key users’ training. Benefit from the solid development knowledge and the capability of self-study, I successfully changed from the unstandardized ways before I joint to standard system API and coding by Java in data integration. After our product launched, in order to keep good relationship with our customers, I would send new features summary by email to our clients after each new version releases and invite our clients to join the new features training. With the help of developing team headquartered in Hong Kong, I successfully fixed all kinds of technical issues from our clients. From the initial meeting to the go-live of the system, I participate each section of these projects ,such as BEA, Geely, BAIC and CSOT. I fully understand the object-oriented programming, but also pay attention to the performance and optimization the code as well as version control.I was promoted to the PM from software engineer due to the out-standing work and communication skills. Besides the coding work, I began to get closer to the business department with our sale representative. I have a good sense of responsibility and sustainable relationship, and tried to give the overall solution. At last, I could always make project well done with good feedback and admiration from our clients, which was helpful for us to win the new bid in future .
