Pool Physical Therapist in the neurological rehabilitation department of Froedtert Hospital. Responsible for evaluating and treating patients in acute and inpatient rehabilitation for orthopedic and neurological conditions.

Increasing mobility and ability for patients with orthopedic injuries, recovering postoperatively, and looking for performance improvement.

Inpatient physical therapist developing and implementing care plans in both rehabilitation and acute care settings per required need.

Provide athletic training coverage as needed per staff availability including tennis matches, home and away volleyball matches, track meets, cheer and dance, and open athletic training room hours.

Liaison from Marquette University’s Athletic Training Student Organization to the athletic training senior class. Acting on behalf of the senior class to express influence and to represent their votes.

Assist certified athletic trainers to rehabilitate and recover athletes. Students experience one-semester (16 weeks) rotations that afford an experience rarely enjoyed by uncertified individuals. Rotations have included the Marquette University men’s and women’s soccer teams, men's and women's tennis teams, men's and women's track & field, women’s volleyball, and men’s and women’s lacrosse and high school football at Pius XI High School in Milwaukee. Clinical criterions include evaluation, urgent/emergent response, and implementation of rehabilitation and therapeutic activities for deficits including ACL reconstruction, ankle sprain, and kinematic deficits.

Create and implement rehabilitation and exercise programs for patients returning to fitness or recovering from injury. Record patient intakes and daily SOAP documentation.

Create and execute quality programming in health and wellness for employees of Hamilton Sundstrand including company fitness initiatives, cholesterol and blood pressure screenings. Participate in planning for the future and expansion of Hamilton Sundstrand wellness facilities locally and programming globally. Provide assistance in creating a Hamilton Sundstrand wellness fair for Rockford area local businesses.
