Conduct various investment analyses for D2 Organization’s various investments. This includes real estate development, real estate acquisitions, and private equity investments. I provide comprehensive duties such as market research, underwriting, receiving financing, and due diligence for D2’s residential and industrial land developments in the Mid-Atlantic region. I have worked on a 2.3 million square feet of warehouse development deals for D2. I have helped work with state and federal agencies to secure grants for environmental remediation for an old sulfuric acid plant in Claymont, Delaware, with plans to develop the site for its highest and best use. I also worked on private equity investment into a transportation, environmental remediation, and truck maintenance business. I did due diligence and site visits, underwrote the potential investment, conducted market research, and devised a business plan for the investment.

Provide real estate capital advisory services for clients nationwide by facilitating construction, bridge, permanent, and mezzanine financing. In addition, providing joint ventures, preferred, common, and limited partner equity raising for projects for a variety of asset classes, including multifamily, mixed-use, retail, industrial, office, hotel, life science, single-family, built-to-rent, workforce housing, extended stay, senior housing and assisted living, and medical office properties and developments. I have helped close $330 million of client deals and worked on over $1 billion of transactions. In addition to working on real estate capital advisory projects, I help facilitate capital advisory for private businesses, including transportation, manufacturing, consumer products, and hardware companies. This includes securing short-term and long-term financing, direct and indirect partnerships, and venture capital investments.

Acquisition analyst for a prominent real estate developer based in Philadelphia that developed mixed-use, multifamily, office, and retail properties in Philadelphia and Atlantic City region. Conducted market research, due diligence, site search and selection, underwriting, feasibility analysis, and project construction management. Assisted in creating presentations to lenders and local stakeholders to receive project approvals for developments and worked with local and state officials on infrastructure development and remediation for projects. Did development analysis for a land parcel at Board and Washington in Philadelphia, eventually becoming the One Thousand One mixed-use development. With a joint venture with Post Brothers to develop one of East Coast's largest mixed-use development projects. The property spans over 1.5 million square feet with 1,111 rental units, 185,000 square feet of amenity space, and bi-level retail.Worked on repositioning the Showboat Hotel in Atlantic City from a former casino to a mixed-use property that included multifamily units, retail space, a waterpark, and a gym while the property was still operated as a hotel.
