As a tech at Way Scarff Ford in Auburn some of my roles include the facilitation of our maintence department and ensuring the operation is running smoothly and to make sure our customers get outstanding service every time, I work closely with new hires and I am in charge of their training and teaching them the correct way to conduct their job and show the utmost professionalism with our staff and customers. I also have to have professional customer service experiences and professional reports on how our department is operating. Strong, efficient and professional service is my number one goal no matter what it is I’m working on or who I am working with.
