Having moved back to the UK business for Compass Group in March of 2017 to take up an Ops Director role in our retail division InStore. During my tenure in this role I had a fantastic opportunity to join our International Clients team and to leverage all my experience managing hospitality in China & Asia. Currently based in the UK I am a Global Key Account Director on a Global Contract supporting clients, consumers and colleagues across 18 countries.Previous To this I was the Centre For Excellence Leader for Compass China, developing a network across B&I and Education Sectors. In addition I am the Country Manager / Lead on the HSBC Global contract. My third major work stream is driving the sales growth & retention of our 'Multi National Clients' across all China. Before this role for Compass Group in China as Operations & Project Director for South China, based in Shenzhen but with a portfolio of contracts in Guangdong province plus business development in Hong Kong. I am responsible for the operations in the Business & Industry and Education Sectors. Previous to this I spent a year in Beijing as General Manger North China running all the contracts across B&I and Education Sectors. Previously I was the Project Director for our B&I Sector. Heading up the 'Bid Centre', Design Team & Operations Support Teams. Developing the branded food service offer & model for Compass China. This includes the full development of contract bids from sales meeting, designing the food delivery to contract financial analysis. From 2005 to 2010 I was an Operations Performance Manager in Compass Group on the Marks & Spencer contract. I was part of the senior management team building the hospitality business stream or 'eateries' for M&S.
