Current• Providing leadership to ensure nutrition and food security for the vulnerable and deprived by improving ICDS services, midday meals in school, PDS services, and leveraging community participation through through multifaceted approach. • Leading Monitoring, Evaluation, Documentation and Research initiatives to track project progress effectively.• Facilitating timely review of project outcomes, identifying challenges, and giving technical feedback to make necessary adjustments to enhance program impact.• Managing budget allocation and ensuring timely spending in accordance with project requirements.• Documenting best practices and indigenous traditional knowledge that addresses issues related to nutrition and food security to facilitate replication in similar contexts.• Developing knowledge products like; Flip Book on Homestead Kitchen Gardening, Balanced Diet Curriculum for School Children and Modules on Building Nutritional Resilient Systems and Practices to enhance program effectiveness and dissemination of learning.• Ensuring evidence-based quality reporting with timeliness as per donor standards.• Building the capacity of the team and partners through training and mentorship.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with donor guidelines and best practices.• Strengthening networking and convergence with ICDS, PDS, Food Commission, Millet Mission, Agriculture, Horticulture, Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Health, Education, and likeminded non-governmental organizations both at the district and state levels.• Supporting implementing partners in proposal writing to secure funding for project activities.• Leading a campaign for mass awareness and community participation to address malnutrition.
