• Led a specialized cross sectional rapid deployment team (12 Marines) for response to operation, humanitarian, and exercises throughout the Pacific region
• Managed Network and Exercise support teams; planned and executed large scale multinational military exercises supporting the leaderships with tactical communications infrastructure in austere environments
• Planned and coordinated future exercises for the Marine Logistics Group setting attainable and measurable training objectives for the Group and subordinate communications units
