Delivers strategic military perspective and research for emerging concepts and threats to national security leveraging Cyber Security and Computer Science backgrounds to propose technological solutions for DARPA

•Leads an integrated Operational Test team of 20 cybersecurity professionals•Develops test and analytic strategies with stakeholders to ensure cyber resiliency of military systems against cyber adversaries to ensure the Marine Corps maintains their strategic advantage• Spearheads the planning and execution of comprehensive cyber table tops, security architecture reviews, cyber vulnerability assessments and penetration testing, resulting in the identification and mitigation of critical security weaknesses, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and DoD regulations•Provides guidance to Division Heads and Project Officers on issues relating to Cyberspace Operations to include cyber security, information assurance, integration, interoperability, and mission assurance•Manages analytical, technical, and testing details for test plans and execution to ensure that key performance parameters are met in support of DoD acquisitions to maintain cost, schedule and performance of assigned programs•Coordinates and manages a ~$150k budget for cyber analyst training. Develops and teaches internal courses for the Division. •Leads and participates in working groups and industry meetings as a representative of the organization to ensure current methodologies were applied to cyber testing

•Led a specialized cross sectional rapid deployment team (12 Marines) for response to operation, humanitarian, and exercises throughout the Pacific region•Managed Network and Exercise support teams; planned and executed large scale multinational military exercises supporting the leaderships with tactical communications infrastructure in austere environments•Planned and coordinated future exercises for the Marine Logistics Group setting attainable and measurable training objectives for the Group and subordinate communications units
