Assist Project Manager and Senior Major Projects Manager (MPO)in organizing project requirements to be met from Blanket Purchase Order, Deliverables, and Panel Shop Contract programs.Initiate and/or review all contract specifications.Coordinate Construction Sequence and Outage plans for the project.Obtain necessary forms and materials for on site management job.Handle on site contract management and contract administration issues.Exercise management control over the site and project related access to the site.Perform liaison between project and Engineering for resolution of questions, problems, and interpretations relating to the design.coordinate with construction planner on resolution of questions or difficulties involving project planning and documentation.Exercise Edison oriented management oversight and control over the contractors conduct of schedule, cost, Quality, safety and security planning, implementation, and direction.Investigate and evaluate contractor claims for partial payments under a contract with progress payment or mile stone payment provisions if a assign by the CPM.Review, verify, and forward or file all appropriate documentation for project certification and proper recording of design and data.
