My dual role includes responsibilities with developing for agency's websites, administrating databases, and providing data analytics. Responsible for designing and developing new service framework used in the agency's web conversion initiative that makes use of ASP.MVC, ASP.NET , C#, WCF services, and SQL Server 2019. Developed and implemented WCF Services for a new member Web Retirement Application portal.

My responsibilities include administrating all of the agency's SQL Server databases. Define and implement logical and physical database designs.Responsible for defining and enforcing data integrity rules and access controls.Implemented high availability strategy for the agency to ensure the maximum uptime of enterprise systems. As part of the strategy, we implemented SQL Server in a fail-over clustered environment using the latest in all flash storage SAN. Ensure maximum performance with given hardware constraints by profiling application logic to pinpoint performance issues.Provide support to development and quality testing teams as needed, which includes reviewing SQL logic (queries, stored procedures, and triggers) and creating testing environments.

I was responsible for developing and enhancing Financial and Utility Billing applications. I also responsible for provided back end hardware and software deployment and maintenance to our clients:Analyzed, defined, and documented requirements for data, workflow, and logical processes. Responsible for designing and building enhancements including data imports, time entry, check reconciliation, and custom database interfaces.Utility Billing Application – Created management analysis reports for Auditing Efficiency, Revenue Collections, and water usage.Managed Windows 2003 Servers, Linux servers, and databases for our Southeast clients.Administrated SQL Server and MySQL Database servers for our Southeast client accounts.

Responsible for detailed specifications, detailed designs, implementation, and maintenance of FDA regulated software used in drug research. Developed applications that made extensive use of T-SQL database stored procedures and triggers.Served as lead programmer and project manager for specific projects the Kits & Logistics, Inventory and Data files modules.Completed rewrite of several key modules of the Clinical Trials Protocol Manager (CTPM) application including Kit Assembly & Logistics, Clinical Pathologist Electronic Approval, Accessioning, and N-tier based PDF reporting project. Designed and built Clinical Data files Replication system - solution based upon Linux, Java, and BASH shell scripts.
