Claims Filing Consultant • Assist in formatting data and claim paper work for 400+ clients including Hedge Funds, Trust Banks, and Institutions with over a combined $344 Billion in assets under management, as well as performing calculations with proprietary software for these claims.• Work directly with the Global Securities Class Actions Lead Operations Analyst and Operations Analyst as they assume operations domestically and look to create efficiencies.• Distinguish the differences between domestic and international claims, and be able to effectively communicate procedural standards.

• Manage multiple projects and priorities.• Communicate and collaborate with technology development group, lines of business and outside vendors to bring innovative new products to BNY Mellon Asset Management.• Manage project plans, as well as coordinate and moderate meetings and conference calls to ensure progression of various aspects of projects. • Conduct user acceptance testing, maintain issues/progress lists and coordinate issue resolution between all parties involved in the project.• Report status on all projects directly to senior management teams and Steering Committees.

• Lead a start-up group assigned to prepare Statement of Investments (SOI) for generation of financial statements and monthly asset reconciliations for 199 Mutual Funds.• Participated in a project designed to automate the preparation of the SOI and Asset Reconciliations.• Communicated with the Treasury and Operations areas of Fund Accounting and Custodians to resolve differences and ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of both SOI and asset reconciliation reports.

• Managed the financial mutual fund administration for a group of mutual funds.• Ensure coordination of all financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and accounting oversight.• Supervise all activities to ensure that accounting records relating to a group of funds (approx. 20-25 funds) are maintained in accordance with departmental policies and procedures
