I have made the exciting transition into real estate investment and the real estate world. I come into this field having been a successful physics teacher, education professor, and an administrator in high schools and the central office, where I honed my interpersonal and analytical skills. Not really knowing what I was doing, I jumped into real estate investing with a single family house in 2020, and have since added two more duplexes in Detroit. I have a real estate salesperson license from New York. While looking to continue to expand my long-term rental holdings, I am quite interested in working with others on acquisitions and other aspects of the real estate investing business so that I may learn even more about real estate investing. My high interest in real estate and accompanying tax and legal issues, analytical abilities, repair and renovation skills, and interpersonal skills put me in a position to work well with other successful investors who are willing to teach.
