Facilitated collaborative work among administrative team to prioritize work, primarily focused on developing and implementing supports for teachers and students.Responsible for teacher evaluation and development, including observation, descriptive note-taking, discussion and debriefing, and identifying next steps. Evaluation further included documentation of performance, offering assistance, and developing/implementing plans of assistance as needed. Co-created and facilitated professional development for staff.Responsible for and facilitated the Student Intervention Team, which monitors attendance and student success, especially to identify and support students with critical needs. Worked with assistant school director to develop and implement policies for restorative practices and student discipline, and improve school culture and environment.Coordinated with School Operations Manager on student enrollment, finances, and building operations. Notably, enrollment from our feeder middle school increased from about 20% of entering ninth graders in 2019 to nearly 50% in 2021.Oversaw deployment, coordination, use, and maintenance of technology. Successfully led transition to online only school in March 2020.Worked with families, students, and staff to troubleshoot issues that arise, connect people to address issues, and work with administrators, teachers, and students to build systems that reduce such issues from arising.
