Experience extends over 26 years in national, NATO and US Purchasing and Contracting environments. Responsibilities included management of NATO Procurement and Contracting Offices, System Level Contracting for NATO Weapon System Upgrades, Project and Program Management for high value Systems acquisitions, and “Cradle to Grave” Management and Coordination of NATO Capability Packages as Civil Engineer. Furthermore responsible for the initiation of NATO’s Contingency Contracting for the ISAF Operation in Afghanistan. As of August 2008, acted as CEO for an international service provider. Accomplished a successful expansion of the service palette and geographical presence of this 500+M$ international logistics services provider while improving its internal processes and transparency. As of 2011, owner of JLI, providing consultancy services related to logistics and contracting in military, international and contingency areas. Since March 2012, acting as Senior Contracting Officer for the NATO Support Agency, with focus on the provisioning of Logistics and Operational support for NATO and for the individual NATO Nations in Contingency areas. Solid network with clients in humanitarian, military and governmental sectors. Possess substantial leadership and management experience allowing for a successful development of winning teams.
