 Oversee and facilitate the development of the strategic plan and framework with a detailed current year operating plan, in collaboration with the agency management and Board of Directors.  Facilitate the execution of strategies by working collaboratively with the other Executive Team members and ensuring that strategies are communicated and easily understood by all employees throughout the agency.  Oversee data and analytics efforts across the agency aimed at transforming BWC into a data-driven agency. Develop and monitor reporting on strategic actions to ensure completion at various levels in the agency to achieve desired results.  Oversee and facilitate the development and implementation of appropriate metrics to measure performance and progress towards strategic goals. Direct all activities and strategies related to external loss control efforts through the BWC Division of Safety & Hygiene. Lead new strategic initiatives and program development launch through BWC Center of Excellence.

 Appointed by Ohio Governor, Mike DeWine to serve as Interim Administrator/CEO of the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation. Served in Governor DeWine's Cabinet during this time. Oversight of all agency operations. Testified before Ohio Legislature on numerous occasions in support of agency biennium budget for Fiscal Years 2021 and 2022. Total budget request of over $700M.  Worked with multiple stakeholder groups representing injured workers, managed care organizations, business organizations and legal professionals. Negotiated a new contract with Managed Care Organizations, achieving reduced costs and improved service to Ohio's injured workers

 Key member of coordinating agency response to Covid-19 with several efforts to assist Ohio businesses during the period, including issuance of dividends and distribution of facial covering to employers across Ohio Collaborated with other agencies to implement efforts to combat opioid crisis in Ohio Led implementation of agencies strategic plan across multiple organizational divisions
