A mature Chartered Civil Engineer with experience on projects from major infrastructure to basic structures; from the Channel Tunnel Railway Service Station in London to Bantu Housing in South Africa. In last twenty years, I have been a manager and academic who has imparted his knowledge to students and trainees. I am also a Chartered Health and Safety practitioner who has helped transform health and safety in the local construction industry working on a part time basis for the industry’s associations as a lead auditor, trainer and a CDM Coordinator (CDMC). I have a track record of leadership and the empowerment of teams of all levels. I have a career history of major projects, achievements and the enabling of others to achieve set goals and more. I have a proud association with prizewinning students, notable projects and industrial engagement. I am passionate about local projects and their civil engineering contribution to society.
